For these images I followed editing steps from the article. Also, in the article they say patterns can "create the best surreal graphic effects", I agree with this because at first I tried editing some older photos I had taken with no pattern, which didn't end up how I really wanted them to. I think mirrored imaged with pattern are more pleasing and interesting to look at, rather than any photo.
