How I achieved the watercolor affect on the image:

1. Put image into photoshop

2. Right click on the background layer and select "Convert to Smart Object"

3. Go to Filter, then click Filter Gallery

4. Go to the Artistic Folder and select Dry Brush

     Brush Size=7

     Brush Detail=9

     Texture=1

When done, click OK

5. Intensify colors by going to Adjustments (which is located above the Layer Panel ) and click on Hue and Saturation and adjust the Saturation of your image. 

6. Go back and adjust anything that is needed, then you're done.
